To ensure you have all the latest AA App features/updates available you need to ensure you have the most recent AA App version from either the Android Google Play Store or iOS from App Store.
ANDROID APP VERSION
In the AA App in Google Play Store simply scroll to the bottom of the page to find “Additional information” – here it will highlight to most up-to-date app version that’s available, for example; 6.1.171
To check which version you have on your phone, simply;
- Go to your ‘Phone Settings’
- Select ‘Apps’, scroll to find ‘The AA’ and click it
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and it will show which version you have
- Most devices are set to auto update but if it hasn’t simply click ‘App Details in Store’ in The AA App settings. This will open the app in Google Play store and will highlight if an update is required.
iOS APP VERSION
In the AA App in the App Store simply scroll to the centre of the page to find “What’s New - Version History”. Here it will highlight to most up-to-date app version that’s available, for example; 6.4
To check which version you have, simply;
- Go to your ‘Phone Settings’
- Select ‘General’,
- Then choose ‘iPhone Storage’ and scroll to find ‘The AA’ and tap it
- Next to App Icon/AA Logo it will reveal the App Version number
- Most devices are set to auto update but if it hasn’t simply go to the App store. This will open the app in Apple store and will highlight if an update is required. Click ‘Update’ if visible.
