Common reasons your policy might be missing:
- Check your email address Please ensure you are logging in with the exact same email address you used when you originally obtained your quote or purchased your policy.
- Allow 24 hours for new policies If you have recently purchased or renewed your policy, please allow up to 24 hours for it to become visible on MyAA. If it’s not there yet, please check back again tomorrow.
- Link your policy using Webchat If you have checked your email address and waited 24 hours but still cannot see your policy, our Webchat team is here to help. They can look into your account and get everything connected for you right away.
