In my renewal email it tells me my password for myAA is my date of birth. Why is it not working?

It’s easy to mix these up, but your date of birth and your MyAA login work differently:

• To open your documents: When we email you a PDF (like your policy pack), it is password-protected for your security. The password to open these files is your date of birth in the format DDMMYYYY (for example, 15051985).

• To log in to MyAA: You do not need a password to log in to your MyAA account. Instead, we will send a one-time access code to your email address every time you want to log in.

How to find your documents in MyAA

Once you have logged in using your one-time code, follow these simple steps:

1. Select your policy from the dashboard.

2. Click the 'Documents' link in the menu.

3. From here, you can view, download, or print all your current policy documents and certificates.
