I need to make a claim, how can I check what is covered?

You should first refer to your policy booklet to see what you are covered for. If you wish to make a claim you can call AA Claims Assist on 1800 100 001 where a member of the team will refer the case to your underwriter, please make sure you have your policy number to hand. Please also note, claims are not dealt with via email.

 

Stolen or Damaged Goods

Cover for items stolen or damaged outside your home may be covered if you have paid an extra premium for this. Please check your schedule of insurance to see if you have this cover. More details of what is and is not covered are in your policy booklet.

 

Shed, Garden or Outbuildings

There is automatic cover for contents in your outbuildings, please check your policy documents and booklet to see what the limit is for this cover.
