Third party, fire and theft insurance covers you for any damage caused to another person or their property if you are involved in an incident, while also only covering your own car if it's damaged by fire or is stolen . AA Third Party, Fire and Theft policy covers:
- Injuries to other people and/or damage to their property
- Accidents caused by your passengers, or any permitted drivers
- Damage to your vehicle from fire, or theft of the vehicle, as long as you're not at fault
- Personal accident cover up to €75,000.
- Legal expense cover up to €50,000.
- The use of a trailer whilst attached to your car.
