The Travel insurance confirmation email can take up to 24 hours however they generally arrive within one hour. Please ensure you check your spam/promotional mailboxes because they could be found there, depending on your email settings.
If you have not received your policy documents, within 24 hours, you can email us using this form and our Customer Service team will reissue the documents to you.
